To set up an account and get access to the functions listed in this document, click on the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT link. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name, you email address and your division/team. Once this is verified, you will be prompted to choose an id and password. (8-15 alphanumeric characters). If the id you choose is already in use, you will be prompted to enter another one. Once you have chosen the Id and password, you will be logged out and presented with the log on screen again. Enter the id and password you just created.
On subsequent visits to the logon page, you need only enter your id, password and choose Coach as your “Log on as” type. This information is case sensitive.
A listing of players on your team, their phone numbers, email address and parents names.
A listing of all pitchers in your division and their pitch counts. Sorted by game date, team and player name.
A listing of all pitchers on your team and their pitch counts. Sorted by game date and player name.
Displays a list of all your games.
If you are the home team, you will have an “update score” link next to the game. Click the link and enter the score. Hit save.
Each team is responsible for entering their own pitch counts. Click the “update pitch count” link.
The game info will be displayed at the top of the screen. Under this on the left, you will select a pitcher from the drop down and enter their pitch count. When done, hit save.
If you make a mistake, the data you entered will be displayed and you can edit or deleted any item.
You may go back at any time to add or edit data.
When done, click cancel.
From Coach’s Corner Menu, click “Coach's Team Notes”.
Click the Add Button for new notes.
Click the edit link next to an existing note to edit it.
Once in edit mode, to use the formatting buttons (bold, underline, etc),
highlight the text you want to effect and click the formatting button. Unusual characters will be added into the
middle of your text. Please leave them
in place. You will see how the text will
be displayed when you save it and return to the Team Notes page.
In edit mode, you also have the option of deleting a paragraph. You will be prompted to confirm your request prior to it actually being deleted.
